Florent has practised business law for over ten years alongside entrepreneurs, investors and executives on M&A, private equity and reorganisation transactions.

After training at leading mid-cap M&A firms, he founded Iné in 2025 with the conviction that effective legal support starts with a deep understanding of the client’s strategic and human priorities.

Since 2025, he has been developing a dedicated practice advising international buyers on the acquisition of French wine estates, with a particular focus on Bordeaux.
